Dan,No, I've not really listened to any of MacDonald's solo stuff. Mainly it was just Timbuk3's first three cds, though have all but one of their early cds. I think they are a perfect example of the vapid tastes of American music fans by the lack of following they received after that initial hit song. Their lyrics were so....sardonically subversive and one of my favorite songs has always been I Love You In The Strangest Way.....Life is Hard is great, too...
As for sound, having a bit of tinnitus is kind of worrisome, but I've found it is more noticeable late at night and for some reason when I recline backward.....
