Neither my wife, nor I, understand the praise for it. Some of the critics are ridiculously over the top in heaping
adulation on it. We found it to be quite tedious, though the scene at the beach raised our pulses! Perhaps
most movie critics live in an alternate universe. They get paid to watch and write about movies. Not a lot of
heavy lifting (in my opinion). Still, I often do want to hear their collective opinion as they are sometimes spot-
on. But Roma, no way!Peter T.
