I'm not skilled in the way of understanding legal jargon with respect to the terms "evidence" and "proof".
They likely mean something other than what you imagined, or at least, how they work to either exonerate
or convict someone of a crime. Seth Abramson does a great job of breaking them down in a thread on
Twitter. He talks about what it takes to indict someone and what is needed to gain a conviction. The
thread is 50 tweets in total so be sure to expand the link so it shows all 50 tweets. Try to avoid being
