Talk about an up and down show that is totally addictive. The filming is beautiful, haunting and so hard to look away and the sound - wow. I've been using high-end headphones and the sound is such a compliment to the show. I also think that the director has been highly influenced by David Lynch. Some may even feel the entire ten-part show is a homage to Lynch. Give it a chance and struggle through the second episode (it almost made me quit watching - hair pulling due to the pace would not be surprising), but keep with it. It's worth it...(seven episodes in it is)...
