David Baerwald was a relative newcomer to the Austin music scene when he played this show at the Steamboat in early 2002. The band includes Will Sexton on bass, Bukka Allen on keys and accordian, Darwin Smith on guitar, and JJ Johnson playing drums - the same group that would hit the road later in the year.
