The slow burn for us here in the US is starting to get hotter by the hour now.  My state - OH - just listed 3 confirmed cases.  I recently got an email from the OH Dept of Health that listed who I should pay attention to - and more importantly test.  It's a narrow definition for now - contact with known infected (kinda catch-22 there with limited testing)  - recent travel to a hotspot country - or severe respiratory illness otherwise not identifiable.  That last one can be tricky - and likely with limited testing - not going to happen often.

I worry for infants - though data from China indicates pediatric cases or rarer. About 75% of my job involves re-assurance.  That's going to start getting very very hard over the coming weeks.
