I wonder how much of an impact the American drive for youth and physical perfection had upon his overall health.  What I'm getting at is how America refuses to allow people to age gracefully and how he underwent so many body shaping modifications that they surely ended up having a negative impact upon him both mentally and physically. 

I see all these people that go under the knife to the extremes and wonder where are their medical ethics to do such things. 

I truly wish America would see aging as the Indigenous people of this continent did/do.  That it is too be respected, revered and accepted.  Instead, all the money to chase perfection eats away at our spirits, souls, and lives.
