"Sand In The Gears" didn't make an album, Dan. As to Frank's best album, I'd put Love, Ire, and Song at the top as it's simply magnificent from beginning to end. England Keep My Bones is a worthy runner-up, and then, hmm, Positive Songs For Negative People, Be More Kind, and the few others have moments of brilliance but I just don't think they are uniformly well executed. If anyone doesn't own Turner, spend this summer with my two favorites, such a joyous investment of your time. An LSE graduate in history with a punk rock foundation, Turner offers a perspective, a sound, and a delivery that I haven't found anywhere else.
