I suspect he'd have the "boo-er" thrown out. Then he'd insult him or her from the bully pulpit. Chavez did the same thing.
What I'd love to see is a huge line of people welcoming Trump back to Mar-a-Lago after he leaves office (in 2021) all booing him vociferously on the road into the hotel. No violence but just full-throated disapproval.
