You may be right in your assessment, Reg, that he'll tacitly endorse, or maybe even forcefully demand that his armed minions take to the streets. But isn't there a semi-rational part of his mind which realizes how horrific this could become? And wouldn't the consequences to him, and his family, be far more severe were this to take place? Yes, he knows he's the target of numerous investigations, and yes, he may have to flee the country for fear of making license plates down the road, but still... I know, Ivanka doesn't have the moderating influence that we hoped she would (stupid us), but the far-reaching implications of a presidential call to arms has to seep into his calculations, unless it doesn't. This is the part where Mick scolds me for my continued naivety! Go at it, Mick!
