My guess would be that based on what they see coming in they do not think the results in North Carolina will shift much if at all. It's like Pennsylvania, they are still counting and the votes are coming in heavily in Biden's favor so the result is not likely to shift. They are not calling states because Donny is having a fit, so I don't think we will see a call until the magic number gets hit where there are not enough votes left to count that can change the outcome.
I think they have 98% counted in North Carolina.
