Is he established the new normal for an American President to do just what the fuck he wants to do.

Now, my point is - this is not to do shit as Trump did, but he showed that if an American President wants to do whatever the fuck he does want to do, then he can. 

Yes, right now we might not have the Senate and maybe not even get it in Jan, but through other avenues, Biden can achieve other things if he so wants to try.

And this is the dangerous thing that can happen when one breaks from the norm.
