Icon She is fine...

I think the worst part of it for her was when it happened and how it screwed with her head. If you knew her it would seem even more insane because she is one of those people that leans pretty far left and is all about fairness and helping others. She is on some boards that I believe help underprivileged children and assisting people with rent situations. So, certainly not engaged in any racist activity and never was.

She came out of it fine landing a new job working in insurance rapidly. Her boss that fired her apologized for doing so and told her in a note he would provide a good recommendation for her. The company can't spread the information for why she was fired, ridiculous as it was, because that could land them in a lawsuit. They can only give out her termination date. I believe she was handed paperwork stating that if potential employers requested information on her they would not be giving them anything except the period of time she was employed and her position. So, no fall out personally other than what I would call mental anguish.

I will delve a bit more into this later but have to run right now.
