If you haven't seen it already, I highly recommend this miniseries (9* 45-55 min) about how Mrs. Phyllis Schlafly, an educated woman with a specialty in defense politics managed to derail the ERA (the Equal Rights Amendment to the US constitution) an gave birth to the core of the nutters who currently runs the republican party.
The series is bursting with talented actresses in the roles of the prominent women of the second wave feminists of the era in a production on par with Mad Men and the like.
It is downright tragic to realize that the US have been on sliding backwards in this area ever since 1978...
