it is being reported that there are many empty folders with very sensitive cover sheets only remaining. 

And just watch, when all this is said and done, to avoid the public knowledge of just how much harm Trump has caused, the intelligence community will be able to have quite a bit of this knowledge rendered a "national security" issue to be able to cloak exactly how much damage Trump's has actually done. 

I don't suggest this as a "deep state" conspiracy to keep things quiet but to conceal the amount of damage more to protect the intelligence institutions and methods and the types of information these agencies had/have and how they get it.  In other words, not a process built more out of nefarious reasons, but more so out of practical reasons. 

Just think - knowing this dipshit orange buffoon, he was probably handing out items as presidential swag.
