In one corner Boss Hog himself, Donald J. Trump, the dirtiest, shit covered hog you've ever seen, snorting, grunting, and covering all he gets near with feces. In the other corner Ron DeSantis, the Harvard educated opportunist hog, that will lie, cheat, and con but does so to garner all the media attention he can. 

With the midterms over and a split government, the Democrats are now out of the fight for the next couple years. They can focus on their struggles to get anything accomplished while the Republican House fights for gridlock. 

Trump will now set his sights on Republicans and tearing into any that go against or challenge him. Obviously, crushing DeSantis will be goal number one, but the punishment and destruction of party members that break from him will be right up there as well. The Republican party has already begun fracturing and Trump absolutely owns about 35-40 percent of Republican voters. 

A little story here, on the day that Trump took his final flight on Air Force One when he left office, the head of the RNC Rona McDaniel called him to wish him luck and to have a nice chat about what he might do going forward. Instead what she got was a furious Trump who screamed at her that the Republican party had done nothing for him and they could go F themselves he was going to form his own party and take his voters with him. McDaniel was terrified and tried to plead with Donny not to do that as it would destroy the Republican party making them a minority party for good. At which point Trump told her that was exactly his intent because he lost, now he would take them all down with him. 

This was no joke and Trump still has this idea on the table and he intends to use it to make the Republicans get on their knees and beg for him to be their king. He is not at all a rational man so the fight he is about to have for control of a Republican party is going to be epic and ugly. 

This will be the civil war we get for the next two years.
