How can 4 or more police officers fatally beat a man and not only act (on camera that they had to know was recording them) like they just participated in an exhilarating sport - but then complete an official record of the event that depicts honor and bravery where there was none. I think the answer is in the code (or whatever it's called) that no one rats on a fellow cop. And add to that the enormous amount of money (and community prestige) that comes with running a big city police unit - and how bad it would look if things like random cop beatings show up with frequency on the evening news. It's sickening really.
Or am I far off EEE?

There are two things you need for an adventure, a treasure map and someone dumb enough to go with you.
