There has to be a lot of Republicans that would like him dead, a lot of really wealthy people that would like him dead, and a lot of bad actors that would like him dead. He's paranoid about being poisoned, this was why he preferred to make surprise visits to different fast food drive-up windows.
At his age and obesity level, he's likely not a healthy guy. There would be no shock if he dropped on his golf course one sunny day.
