I know there are probably many questions as to the newly announced offer from David. The one most pressing that comes to mind involves foreign (non-US) orders. I am checking in to this and will post the answer as soon as I know. My advice right now wou d be to hold off from sending money unless you live in the US. Things will get worked out and everyone who wants to will get to hear this new stuff.
