Basically, it is a stupid issue to begin with, but beyond that how does a fake issue get before the court that claims they can only accept and look at a limited amount of cases and they have to pick and choose the cases they look at due to there being far too many for them to consider many of them?
There is a way to have this ruling thrown out and I would assume that will happen. However, a court that already appears to have a problem with corruption and dirty judges just looks even worse for going through the motions on this. Judge Roberts has a real shitshow on his hands.
