great post as ever Reg. I did make an overarching statement there that when you start to break it down is quite easily challengeable I believe (well I don't 'believe' but I inserted a cliché there).
Do you remember that movie where someone said believe in everything and nothing is true/believe in nothing and everything is true.
I think I have arrived at a juncture where in my little mind I don't have to either sympathise with or antipathise (that's not even a word I 'believe'...shit there I go again)...about belief. People shudder at that and have to find a belief in there that my non-belief in belief is worse than belief or a denial of belief or an inability to see one's beliefs.
