...but now he is retired, so if he arrests you it would have to be a citizen's arrest. Still, the police here had all kinds of cool methods to deal with people after arresting them, like beating them with a phone book or in your case maybe E would run you over countless times with his bicycle.
Now, from experience, I know that if you take a beating after you are arrested without complaining then the police respect you much more, they then let you go and tell people "He's a good man and takes a clipping well."
Really, it's all you can aspire to here before someone just starts shooting at you from a dark window in a book depository.
