Kevin G,
Very few believe me, but for the past couple of months, or for as long as they have been going on, I have been smelling the odor of the Canada wildfires and the odd thing has been, only indoors and no one else is smelling this but me. The ladies in the house also believe I'm imagining it, but I'm not (a couple of weeks ago, we went out to eat with other couples and went to a steakhouse where they cook with wood charcoal, and inside there, I could smell the same exact type of odor - burnt wood).
Not only that, because of the weather here in Central IL, it comes and goes with changes in the weather. For example, rainfall will knock the odor down.
Another funny thing is, I have to keep proving to my family that we are being impacted by these fires - the light cast by the sun has been completely different on some days - it creates a sepia-like view down here.
Again, I'm not making light of your affliction, but was just wondering if maybe you aren't getting some of this, too.
