Icon An answer I'd like- are Secret Service Special Agents bound by same laws as regular law enf officers

I ask in wonder:  if Trump did refuse to surrender for arraignment or confinement, are those SS agents on the protective detail mandated under the same laws as regular law enforcement officers?

For example, if a person has a valid warrant for their arrest and a regular officer decides not to honor that warrant, then there is a possibility an officer could be charged with official misconduct if he or she willingly ignored a valid warrant.

So, my question is, say a warrant was issued (in case Trump refused to appear at his arraignment or some other court demanded appearance), would his protective detail be forced to turn him over?

One of the reasons I mention this is that I am familiar with the Secret Service denying access to people like Trump when it comes to the serving of subpoenas (I can't remember the particulars, but I seem to remember a process server trying to serve Trump with a subpoena and the Secret Service agents did not comply or assist in anyway whatsoever).

So it would not surprise me if Secret Service agents are exempt from "seizing" a current or former US president and what would happen next if one refused to submit to a lawful court proceeding.
