I was talking to Bukka at the Northstar in Philly before the show and it we discussed DB and Mark Knopfler. I mentioned that MK was probably my favorite writer and that I had always though that he and DB had similar styles and drew their writing from similar sources.

 I have thought many times while listening to one that I could just as easily be listening to the other.
