Several things come to mind as I peruse those aging threads, David. I think of the strong, often informed and passionate voices who we've lost, and surely you do as well. And I enjoy seeing if my position has evolved over the decades, and I wonder if I've become a bit more tolerant of opposing views as I've, err, matured. Or perhaps it's the inevitable decline in testosterone (not that it's affected me in any of the vital ways...or so Peter T. says). And little did we know back then what would shake up our world as the orange-haired freak was, all the while, impressing the masses with his reality television show. And social media would have been universally praised as a boon to humanity! Twenty years from now, when it's just a few remaining hardy souls, I wonder what they'll view of today's issues and how we had not a clue what awaits us all!
