The Cost of War
This website presents the financial costs of the war in Iraq in concrete terms. Many years ago, in Economics 101 and 102, I learned about opportunity costs. I was heartened to read the comments by a Republican president (and former general) as he references these opportunity costs (i.e. what we forego when we spend in one area as opposed to another). They are as relevant today as they were then.
