the $70 subscription cost may just do me in, though usually, near the end of the year, I can find a bit cheaper price. 

And they really have been writing some really good pieces the last few years.

It's also like the New Yorker magazine.  Their subscription costs have gone way up in the last couple of years. 

And this is what sucks about the societal change regarding print materials in the US - so many are folding and others are jacking their print subscription costs to almost prohibitive rates.  Guess they are doing whatever they can to push us older people away from print to that of digital.
