I would think the Dems are keeping their powder dry. They are drawing campaign plans. Saw an article that there is a well funded group focusing on state legislatures - which is seriously needed. Since the election itself is 11 months out, expending resources at this point would be counterproductive, and responding to each Republican outrage in kind would betray weakness. tRumps rallies are getting smaller, and more people are tuning him out - and once the trials begin...
