Find a way to listen to it on an actual stereo set-up - or at the very least a really good pair of headphones. I did a fair amount of A/B testing with the 2010 vinyl and the 86 CD. The 2010 has a wider sound stage. The highs are less metallic (sharp(?)) - cymbals, hihat etc. To me - I even think there's improved separation of instruments. I do think this was a remaster and not a simple transfer to vinyl.
With all of that said - I don't think I hear all of that in the mp3s I posted in the original post. Grab the flacs from the google drive link - listen to those.
