His nose looks like it is beginning to rot off of his face. Part of his problem with shitting his pants is said to be that excessive use of Adderall, which has been a problem for him for years, causes incontinence. It is said he is a cocaine user as well and that fits his lifestyle for sure.

Problem is at 77, this routine has taken quite a toll on him and the bursts of energy he used to get out of these activities are no longer the same. You can actually see him beginning to shift into these states where he is so low energy he is slurring his words...even speech has become an issue. He also is already heavy into memory issues. Combine this with his burnt steak and burger diet and he is on his way out. 

The stress of these trials and his schedule are going to cause him to collapse at some point in the very near future. I want to be careful saying that because I don't want anybody to think I have knowledge of something I don't. Just reading the signs. 

His fanbase will blame his collapse on the deep state and they are being primed to think that by people like Tucker Carlson, who is aware Trump is in serious health trouble.
