Ron Paul is a very interesting guy. I remember when he was the Libertarian Party's nominee for president. And I imagine their principles remain with him. I applaud the libertarian's views on most social issues but their radical vision of a VERY limited government scares me. They have no use for a governmentally-funded social safety net (feeling charity alone would suffice). Has anyone read that the libertarians have a strategy for political empowerment? They are trying to enlist 20,000 or so of their members to move to a small state in order to exert political change. And they may be heading my way to New Hampshire!
