Agreed. Neil's best in a while. For those not up on this CD - it tells the story of the town of Greendale - complete with a police shooting a cat shooting and the devil. The CD comes with a DVD of Neil doing the complete thing solo in Dublin. So far, my favorite track is Carmichael.
