From Soft White Underbelly from YoutTube (a channel I highly, highly recommend) here are two men; one is a long-time NY reporter and the other is a retired NYPD homicide detective. They discuss many high-profile murders from NY. They are also familiar with and touch on the Jeffrey Epstein case and make a very compelling case that he was NOT murdered and committed suicide (I fall along the same lines as they do). Epstein is discussed at the 21:38 mark. I'm curious if this will have any impact on those that believe otherwise.
What this also reveals is how so much of what goes on in our institutions exceeds the awareness of lay people (for example, how many times have you heard of someone arrested stating the arresting officer never read them their rights immediately upon arrest? Well, one doesn't have to - Miranda is basically only required if someone is trying to collect admissible statements for court. Nothing dictates if a person must be informed of their rights immediately as so many mistakenly believe).
They also talk about Bernard Goetz and his pathology that led him to what he did back in the 70s and that part was interesting, too. Hell, the whole interview is interesting.
