It is much harder down here for a total NO MAGA ZONE. I started by cutting out fb friends. I may have related this story before but I was my Senior Class President (Windsor Forest High School-Savannah Ga) so I did class reunions. Our class was the first class integrated from 6th grade on & I worked hard to make sure our events were appealing & convenient to black & white alumni. Then in 2012 & 2017 I and a classmate headed up Universal Reunions for all of the classes from 1st one in 1969 on & raised money for the school. After seeing the MAGAt alumni and some things that were said RIGHT IN EAR SHOT OF FELLOW ALUMNI OF COLOR by the fucking MAGAts, my co-leader & I decided to not put our time and effort into this again. MAGAts have ruined carefully cultivated relationships that are half a century old. 

Ok, so unfriended many on FB. My 2 aunts that are like second moms to me are in the cult and our relationship is pretty much destroyed. My ex-husband is way into the cult and that played a big part in my divorcing him, along with some other things. 

I’ve decided to start telling cult people just one thing about the lies TW tells them. And I also tell women that when they vote, nobody but them knows who they actually vote for. They can vote for Harris/Walz or leave presidential selection blank and nobody will know. They can just tell everyone they voted for TW and no one will be the wiser. 

I’m looking forward to the debate tomorrow night. I’ll be at a debate watch party with Paulding County Democrats at one of the few restaurants in the county that is friendly to Democrats. We had been going to another restaurant but they told us we were no longer welcome there. That’s fine. We will take our money where we are appreciated!
