The most insane part is that it is a GLOBAL problem. I saw a statistic recently that showed that the AVERAGE amount of time people spent before a screen (including work but still) now is between 5-11 hours... there were numbers from around 40 countries with northern Europe around 6, US around 8, Philippines and Thailand in the top with 10-11 hours.
