Well, the week has passed and still no new Baerwald CD has shown up in my mailbox. I am jealous of those who have already recieved the new set but I'm living off your posts and excitement. I would have loved to ring in the new year with David's music playing on my stereo but I guess that was not meant to be. I will now hope for it's arrival next week and it will be the first new disc I add to my collection for the year 2000. Right now on my stereo I have a group of stuff that is taking up most of the playing time. The new set from Bruce Cockburn "Breakfast in New Orleans, Dinner in Timbuktu" is in there with the new one from Beck "Midnight Vultures", some blues from a guy named Mighty Sam McClain (I have everything this guys put out), some Ray Charles stuff and of course "Triage" from David. "Triage" by the way is my favorite album from David. I think the year it came out it was easily the best record of 1992. I also have a lot of jazz and guys like Johnny Adams and Maceo Parker I'm playing a lot. I'd love to know what kind of stuff the rest of you guys listen to. If you like blues please check out Mighty Sam McClain he is a real treasure just like our man Mr. Baerwald. Still waiting here in Massachusetts. Happy New Year and Peace to everyone!!! Reg
