That's a brilliant argument. Some doofus bearing the union label does a poor job of designing a ballot and suddenly voters have their ability to cast their intended vote taken away? I heard the other day that under 20% of soldiers fire any weapons in combat. What do you know about the war? I remember a kid running down the road screaming because her clothes just burned off from some Dow Chemical home cookin'. That one "shot" did more to end our involvement in the bloodbath than any frenzied Audie Murphy firefight ever could.
