This really does not relate directly to the interview you guys are discussing but if anyone is interested and has a DVD player you may want to check this out. Mr. Baerwald can be heard discussing the film "Hurlyburly" on the DVD version of the film. It includes an audio track with David, Sean Penn, and one other person I believe (sorry I can't recall his name)commenting on the film and the social relevance of it's subject matter. I have not heard this commentary so I can't really tell you much about it but I did see the film back when it was playing in theatres. I liked it but it may not be for everyone. I have sort of what some people refer to as offbeat taste when it comes to movies. Are any of you folks fans of Andrei Tarkovsky or Krzysztof Kieslowski? That's really the sort of stuff I like. Not that "Hurlyburly" is really like that but it's not "Sleepless In Seattle" either. Oh yeah, David did the soundtrack for the film as well, but I think most people here knew that. Just thought I'd throw that out there. I don't know if anyone's brought this up before. Hey, and if anyone wants to tell the rest of us what films they like, I'd like to hear about it.
