Van Morrison will represent himself farther than GWB or a Republican agenda, I'm sure. I think it's great that somebody of his stature and integrity, both musically and otherwise, will be there in front of the nation. I think he deserves that kind of exposure, and is less likely to abuse it than, say, Fleetwood Mac or Barbara Streisand...
