Hi Andrea. I might be able to help with this message board always displaying the 'new' pic with every post. When you come to this message board, it checks your computer for a cookie (a little text file on your computer that says you've been here before). If that cookie says you were never here (or you don't have a cookie) then the 'new' pic will pop up next to every message. Now, it is possible that you have cookies turned off on your computer. To find out, while in IE go to 'tools' and then 'internet options'. Click on the 'privacy' tab. I have my privacy level set at medium which allows for anonymous cookies like this website uses. Let me know if that helps anything.
