I really meant for this Rilke post to lead into a discussion about music and creativity. I've wondered at times if Mr. Baerwald had ever read Rilke's "Letters To A Young Poet". Now I'll be accused again of sending this board ricocheting off on some strange tangent. Oh well, what can you do. By the way, my favorite recording this year is Brad Mehldau's "Progression: Art Of The Trio Volume 5". I'll admit I have not listened to many new recordings this year but since I picked this up in Detroit I've listened to at least part of it daily. I won't comment on Rudy at this point Mick. Hell, this kind of thing can get you in trouble around here.
