So... the army's been making fresh batches of Anthrax and shipping them in paste form across the country since '92. Nice fresh batch of the powder variety was whipped up in '98.
But they insist it's all be accounted for. Whew, for a minute there I was concerned that they might be up to the same crap they've been doing since they trashed Love Canal with their insidious waste.
And, by the way, we've apparently discarded the no bio-terrorism agreement just like Dumbya just ripped up the ABM treaty. Bravo, cowboy!
The Federal Bureau of Inbredtransvestites has no comment on how much they knew about the army's program. With the sleuthing they've demonstrated with cleaning up their own house, I imagine they found out about the same time it hit the wire.
