Hey...nice to be in our old digs again. Thanks again Block for hosting a room for the displaced while the appropriate remodeling took place.
Regarding the Street Team...I would sign up but I don't want to end up getting pulled into promoting every Lost Highway show that comes through. Can I just work for DB? I know it sounds selfish, but I'm already committed to another national act, plus promotion for my own band, family, job, etc. Does anyone know?
Also, if DB/NFU does come close to the Lawrence/Topeka/KC area I can put up maybe one or two folks at my house if y'all are wanting to flop.
*WARNING: SHAMELESS SELF PROMOTION!!! BEWARE IMPENDING BOOTLICKING!!!*
Mr. Baerwald, my band is ready for public consumption. If we wanted to aspire to open for any possible local shows, how would I go about doing that. We're a twangy all original punkabilly band which is ego free, reliable would be HONORED to be seen on the same stage as you. Would that be handled through your management or the booking agent. We have really bad rehearsal recordings available and we're planning on doing a studio recording as soon as we have some cash.
If anyone has suggestions, let me know.
