spread the word...ahm...hmmm...become a buddhist like me ha ha ha! and then everything (including yours, kevin g's and islamic dave's social policy spiels) come within the realm of samsaric speculation...life is inherently unsatisfying 'cos everything is transient (apart from DB's musical landscapes-Mystic!)...I could go on...there's a beautiful buddhist retreat centre with holiday apartments run by the lineage lead by Sogyal Rinpoche (he's a right lad he is!) and I think that if you want the simple truth you couldn't go wrong dropping by only 3000 miles away ha ha ha.
