What Blockdog says is correct. Which is also why the album has already appeared on ebay and as someone posted back there awhile, there are some mp3s of it about as well. I contacted one guy who was selling the album on ebay and asked how this could be so. He replied that radio stations, magazines, newspapers, etc are sent copies of the demo. They then give the demos to local music stores, generally without ever listening to them, which are then sold to the general public. This particular ebay seller lives in NY city.
