I did post a review of the show, but wanted to say a few more things...
When I was talking to David he said he was having a lot of fun, but that he was also "working harder than I have since I was 19". It probably didn't help that I told him how long the bus trip would be between Minneapolis and St. Louis.
At the end of the show, David announced they were done but then a couple guys went up and talked to him and then he said "one more" and did Swallowed by the Cracks. One of those guys was the drummer for Abra Moore. I think that points to something I noticed earlier, and that is the strong sense of comradarie between her band and NFU. It's not often you see the headline act watching the warmup, but you could last night. Of course, Abra is not exactly hard on the eyes.
David also talked about trying to get and distribute more copies of Triage, which would be a beautiful thing.
