I listened a bit to Glenn Kirschner, he agrees with you. He feels these outrageous moves, this massive overreach, will end up boomeranging back to do severe damage to Musk and Trump. So, his take is, this is good. Our country and the world will turn on the Trump administration and Musk. 

This seems to be what the Trump administration is asking for though. They want the country and obviously after the show they have been putting on between Trump, Vance, Hegseth, and Musk, the world to turn on them. They are begging for it. I may be paranoid but that seems like it is built into their plan. 

I do think the reactions to what they are doing will destroy them in a political sense, but I do think they know this as well and this is why they will attempt to nuke our electoral system before we hit the midterms. 

I mean, they have now openly said to the world, we are going to ethnically cleanse Gaza, we are going to give Putin whatever he wants of Ukraine, we are not going to support our allies, if you are a vicious dictator, come talk to us, we like you. While telling the American people, we are going to drive up inflation, destroy job creation and create mass layoffs, we are going to cause prices to rise (it's patriotic to pay more), and you will have to suffer, make it impossible to find housing, while we tank the economy, gut every aspect of the government, take your services, destroy your healthcare, make bribery and corporate corruption legal, destroy all protections for consumers, wipe out all of our counterintelligence operations, make it legal for foreign actors to pour money into politicians pockets to buy what they want from our government, allow foreign propaganda machines to swamp our country with disinformation, and give the wealthiest people in this country nearly 5 trillion dollars in handouts. These people have seen their wealth increase by some 600% while working Americans struggle to make ends meet. 

What do regular working Americans get? Plastic straws and a map with Trump's name on it that says Gulf of America where it used to say Gulf of Mexico, a declaration that there are two biological sexes. 

Yes, there should be an equal and opposite reaction, and it should be ugly for Trump twats.
