It not just that Musk is doing what they claimed Soros was doing out in the open, they actually actively promote and celebrate that Elon bought Trump and what was once the Republican party. The president of the United States hawking Musk's cars on the White House lawn, his administration declaring any kind of attack or protest of Elon's car company is "domestic terrorism."

Musk doing pressers from the oval office, Trump putting Elon on top secret briefing lists. This is epic madness...but they have/feel no shame. Sold out, completely to the highest bidder. We are not a country anymore, we are a bunch of blow-it-out-of-here garage sales. It's Crazy Eddie selling off everything that is not nailed down at insane discount prices. The catch is this though, it is your garage and your stuff they are selling and you have no say in it at all, and they are collecting the cash they get for your stuff.

I don't think we are talking about hope in the deep state, because the "deep state" does not have to do anything to cause these morons to screw up, you just get out of their way. It's like Pete Hegseth is running full speed toward a big metal pole sticking out of the ground and instead yelling "Hey, Pete, look out for that pole!" they just say nothing and let him run straight into it. That's not grand plan, some backroom machinations, that's just letting stupid be stupid. Nothing deep about that at all. 

I don't think the people the guy is talking about in the article MJG posted are going to have as big an impact on people though as Trump's tariffs are having and are about to have. That is really going to be a giant gut punch, and it is going to hurt big time. That one they are going to feel and there really will be nowhere to hide from it. The regular people, they don't grasp Signal chats, briefing Musk on top secret plans to deal with China, and foreign policy. They don't much care about or want to know what is happening outside the US, but when they see the sticker price go up on everything they need, the government vanishing and being nowhere to be found, social security checks missing or late, no more Medicare, nobody to answer your call when you pick up the phone to ask what is happening, mass layoffs taking place, the unemployment lines growing, businesses closing because they can't keep up with cost increases, well, then they are going to ask why they are being kicked in the nuts over and over. 

April Fools day this year is going to be a very special one, because what Trump intends to celebrate is how all the fools that voted for him are getting totally screwed. He openly said, he does not care at all if prices skyrocket because of his tariffs and it causes his voters intense pain. Does not matter to him and Musk at all. Their response if you bitch about it is, "You voted for this!" and they did. 

Basically, before the tariffs hit, if you want to know how bad this is, talk to a business person that voted for Trump. They are basically in shock. I've seen it up close and personal chatting with them. Small business guys are about to take a total beating and they don't like it. The usual smug responses I would get in the past become uncomfortable silence and blank stares. The letters have gone out from big companies, we are about to get smashed, Trump has no plan and can change his mind at any second, he is threatening to retaliate with higher tariffs if countries impose their own tariffs, so there is no way to predict what things are going to cost and when increases will come. Trump has started a war and as in all wars, the victims are going to be the regular people that are trying to scrape by. 

Keep reminding these victims, YOU VOTED FOR THIS. This is what you asked for and Trump and Musk are delivering it.
