An America where people can do whatever they want regardless of consequences.

Would this include Industry as well ? The Bush administration seems to be writing protection for big industry so that they don't have to be responsible for their actions. So maybe this is the Republican vision for America.  The current proposed energy bill will protect the Big Energy companies from any liabilites from damage done by MTBE after they knew it was a damaging additive.

A place where the rich will be heavily taxed

I'd just like to see some adjustments in the laws that make it easy for the ultra wealthy to avoid paying taxes on a lot of their money. We all know that they pay large sums to firms who do nothing but keep on top of the loop holes. Most of the wealthy take advantage of off shore, non taxable opportunities and I think that should be considered unpatriotic( if not treason ). I'd love to see Ken Lays tax return after his pay off from the Enron crash.
